I recently went to Midtown Auto Repair and had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Vinny. Mr. Vinny was very accommodating and made me feel as though I was a long time customer. My auto had a cooling system problem that was quickly diagnosed and repaired and I had my vehicle back in less that 24 hours. Thanks again for getting me back on the road so quickly!
I am so pleased with the work as service at Midtown Auto. Vinnie is the sweetest and he gets an A+++ for customer service. During a repair he noticed a few things that no one else picked up one. He even made a house visit! Honest, good folks with fantastic service!
Honest and quick service. Vinnie and company are great! Left my car in the morning, and my car's rotors and pads were replaced and got called by Vinnie in the afternoon that my car was ready. If you ask questions pertaining to some parts or some sort, Vinnie will calmly answer within his knowledge. It's hard to find a shop that does honest work nowadays!
Needed to get my car inspected. Called and got an appointment in an hour. When I arrived, I was taken promptly and the inspection only took about 10 minutes. Kind, courteous service. Will definitely be going back .
